Refund Policy

We stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from Cyberactive Security, LLC (“THE COMPANY”) (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.


General Policy

Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards are non-refundable.


Digital Products and Downloads Policy

All digital and downloadable product sales are final unless otherwise stated.  We do not offer digital product refunds once a download/digital access has been assigned to you, as there is nothing we can retrieve back.

If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department by emailing help@cyberactivesecurity.com so we can resolve the issue.

Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way and is strictly prohibited unless given written consent from THE COMPANY.


Payment Plan Policy

If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price of the product.

Failed payments may result in formal collection efforts.  If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to THE COMPANY and will not be refunded.

Any accesses to digital products, platforms, or services will be removed and the corresponding account will be deleted.  


Cyberactive Security Training Access

You will receive access to the Cyberactive Security training platform for the amount of time that was stated on the product description you purchased.  

If you have any problems accessing the training platform and/or the digital content you have purchased, please contact our Customer Support Department by emailing help@cyberactivesecurity.com so we can resolve the issue.

Purchase of a THE COMPANY training product does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way and is strictly prohibited unless given written consent from THE COMPANY.

Upon a processed refund, all accesses to digital training products, materials, and services will be immediately removed.  THE COMPANY also reserves the right to refuse any future purchases to prevent fraud or refund abuse practices.

Specific Product Refund Policies

Complete CISSP Training Program

The Complete CISSP® Training Program (“THE PROGRAM”) is backed by a 100% exam pass guarantee.  Because of our absolute confidence and dedication to our students’ success, THE COMPANY is committed to making sure every student is 100% satisfied with the purchase of THE PROGRAM, and passes the CISSP exam.

As a student in THE PROGRAM, if you do not pass the (ISC)2 CISSP Examination (“EXAM”) on your first attempt, you can request a FULL REFUND for the purchase price of the program, so long as you meet the terms and conditions of the exam guarantee.

Note:  Any student who DID NOT purchase THE PROGRAM and gained access as a result of a contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes is not eligible for a pass guarantee refund.

Exam Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

  • The failed EXAM is the same supported version as THE PROGRAM objectives (e.g. 2018 exam objectives)
  • The EXAM is taken AFTER the purchase date of THE PROGRAM
  • The EXAM is taken within 6 months of the date of purchase of THE PROGRAM
  • The date of the official failed EXAM score report is later than 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment of THE PROGRAM (e.g. a week of time is required between date of enrollment to exam date to allow you time to learn the material, take practice tests, and attempt the EXAM)
  • All lessons and modules of THE PROGRAM are 100% completed.
  • A test report from the provided practice test software (e.g. Boson) with a timestamp AFTER the purchase date of THE PROGRAM demonstrates you have achieved a score of 75% or better on a 100 question simulated EXAM.
  • All downloaded products and materials are deleted from all computers owned/used by the student.

To request a refund, simply send an email with the subject line that reads “CISSP Pass Guarantee Refund” to help@cyberactivesecurity.com and provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date of THE PROGRAM
  • A copy of the official EXAM failed score report and/or email provided by the test center or the certification vendor
  • A report or screenshot of the practice test report showing an 75% passing score on a simulated 100 question EXAM
  • A statement stating you have deleted and/or destroyed ALL materials downloaded from THE PROGRAM from any computer used to attend THE PROGRAM


Exam Fee Reimbursement

For students enrolled in THE PROGRAM as part of a promotion, contest, or sweepstakes, exam fee (e.g. exam voucher) may have been provided as a part of grand prize.  

For those students that qualify for exam fee reimbursement, to claim your reimbursement, simply send an email with the subject line that reads “CISSP Exam Reimbursement” to help@cyberactivesecurity.com and provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • A copy of the receipt from (ISC)2 showing the purchase of the EXAM test voucher
  • A copy of the official EXAM score report and/or email provided by the test center or the certification vendor showing you took the EXAM

The student is responsible for completing 100% of the course and 100% of all required work assignments to achieve the guaranteed results.  

Any student that is not completely satisfied after completing 100% of THE SFSC (including assignments) can request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the date of purchase.  

To request a refund, simply send an email with the subject line that reads “SFSC Refund” to help@cyberactivesecurity.com and provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date of THE SFSC
  • Completed worksheets, files, or other materials created as a result module assignments
  • A statement stating you have deleted and/or destroyed ALL SFSC digital products downloaded to any computer used to attend THE SFSC.  All assignment materials

Note:  Any student who DID NOT purchase THE SFSC and gained access as a result of a contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes is not eligible for a refund.


How long will it take to process a refund?

Once a refund guarantee has been submitted, it will take COMPANY 7-10 business days to process and verify the request.  You will be notified by email of the COMPANY determination, if any additional information is needed, and when a refund is processed.  

A refund can take 3-5 calendar days to process and will be credited to you using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the corresponding product.
